1. What was based on the animation?

Almost the original settings. In those paintings are aiming at the style like Cowboy Bebop, The Bourne trilogy. Also become a style like so Eden of the East.
I wrote the caption "Like cinema or 90's animation", because recent animation doesn't have that sense and feel.

2. That person looks like Akira Takizawa from Eden of The East

I didn't notice until comments. I thought and I want to draw a androgynous character (girl) wearing a military coat.

3. What is she hanging on to?

I think over hang from the building. example Tokyo Sky Tree.
